It does seem that way but it was not intentional. The problem is that your post once again included promotional words about, and a link to, the same contest site. It was blocked for breaking a promotional post rule, not for the discussion topic.
On the other hand, so many members have felt a need to post comments about this that the sheer volume amounts to overkill. Where any individual post taken alone might not be considered to be "stepping over the line" so many posts at once do amount to an attack.
In order to stop any further discussion on this the thread will now be closed. Please do not carry posts about this over to other threads.
If someone has any new contests to post they can post them in the new contest thread tommorrow morning. Thankyou.
