You need the actual rules. Pictures aren't binding and, in fact, often it even says "prize may not be exactly as illustrated."
The rules, on the other hand, have a description of all prize items and also say whether they can substitute other items.

The declaration letter says you will receive ALMAY Simply Beautiful Gift Basket, Davidoff Cool Water Eau de Toilette Natural Spray, After Shave and After Shave Balm, a pair of SKECHERS shoes (style and colour depending on availability) and a NeoStrata gift basket. Approximate retail value $505.00 per winner. But it doesn't describe what the baskets included. Last time a couple of things were missing from the basket. The picture in the magazine clearly showes the contents of each basket and the price of each basket. I understand that sometimes they will substitute for things that are of equal value, but I can't accept when thing are missing.
When I won, there were things that were missing and when I asked were they were, I was told that was all that the
client would supply. I didn't argue about it. But I felt it was unfair. I don't want to pass it this time.
