I understand that sometimes they will substitute for things that are of equal value, but I can't accept when thing are missing.
When I won, there were things that were missing and when I asked were they were, I was told that was all that the
client would supply. I didn't argue about it. But I felt it was unfair. I don't want to pass it this time.

I won this a few months ago..some products were missing..I simply wrote a nice letter thanking them for the wonderful prize ( I always come from a place of gratitude .;-) BUT that there was a couple of products missing which I really wanted to give to my mother for mother's day ( created some sympathy and an awww factor here..a gift for someone special etc..you know..tweak their heart string....ha ha ) and I did get the items that were missing..so there is a thought for you if this happens again..;-))
