If you have a popup blocker, try allowing popups on that page, then submit. I find that often helps.

That happened to me too - all the fields turned blue when i hit submit - so i fixed my postal code (put a space in the middle) and when i hit submit again - they all turned green and it thanked me for entering my info (I think it worked because there was no 'submit' button anymore). So maybe just try looking for something small you might need to reformat (guess they need it be in a specific format).

I don't know, tiecat, but I've tried this site 3 times now and I just get the "error on page" message at the bottom and nothing happens when I hit submit - so you are not alone!!!

It's not an error that makes it turn blue - this is a double-confirmation freebie - so you fill out the form - submit - turns blue - continue - turns green.
