Commencing September 1, 2002 there will be 2 ways to enter.
1. Complete the Official Entry Form found in participating stores in Canada excluding the Province of Québec, while supplies last, by printing your name, complete address, daytime telephone number, answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, the mathematical skill-testing question and include one (1) UPC symbol (|||||||||) from any participating Zantac 75 product (or reasonable hand-drawn facsimile of a UPC symbol, not mechanically reproduced) and mail to: Zantac75 Sweepstakes, Dept. 545, P.O. Box 1275, Port Credit CSC, Mississauga, ON., L5G 4T4. Enter as often as you wish but each entry must be mailed in a separate envelope bearing sufficient postage.
2. Visit the Zantac75 website at www.zantac75.ca, complete the on-line entry form with your name, complete address, daytime telephone number, the 10 digit number found under the UPC symbol (|||||||||) from any participating Zantac 75 product and answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, the mathematical skill-testing question, select the submit icon and you will be automatically entered in the contest. Website entries are limited to one entry per day per person or e-mail address. This contest is being offered under two (2) distinctive names the first being; "Great Grocery Giveaway" where Official Entry Forms can be found in participating Grocery stores and the second being "Cool Cash Giveaway" where Official Entry Forms can be found in participating Drug Stores. All entries received from both the "Great Grocery Giveaway" and "Cool Cash Giveaway" will be amalgamated for the Random Draw. All entries must be received on or before 11:59 (ET) November 30, 2003 (the "Contest Closing Date").
2. PRIZES: There will be a total of one hundred and one (101) prizes available to be won. Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of either a) $10,000 of groceries or b) $10,000 cash. Secondary Prizes: There will be one hundred (100) Secondary Prizes available to be won each consisting of either a) $150.00 in groceries or b) $150.00 cash. For entries received from the "Great Grocery Giveaway" portion of the contest, the prize will be in the form of a cheque for the purchase of groceries. For entries received from the "Cool Cash Giveaway" portion of the contest, the prize will be in the form of a cheque. Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable and not for resale. Pfizer Canada Inc., Pfzier Consumer Healthcare Division (the "Sponsor") reserves the right, in the event that a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value without liability. Only one (1) prize per person.
3. Draw: Random draws will take place on December 10, 2003 at 10:00 am (ET) in Mississauga, ON. From among all eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person or household.
4. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of Canada excluding residents of the Province of Québec, who has reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside and who is not an employee of the Sponsor, its affiliated companies or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, ....
