Today I got the make-up remover pads and free cents off coupons and free product coupons from tanimura and antle (the packaged salad people). I emailed them about their Oriental Salad Kit - it's really good. They also sent 3 recipe cards - and I didn't ask for coupons or samples, either!

Today the mail brought an autographed photo of Sean Hayes( Jack from Will and Grace....friend absolutely adores him, so its for her) and a Parcel notice. This could finally be my digital camera win, my Ipod from TD for switching, or a cell phone I bought on Ebays. I am going nuts waiting. The card says I can't go pick it up until tomorrow after 1pm!

You can usually call the same day and confirm its at the post office, and available for pickup. They just don't want to tell you its there incase the driver hasn't returned to the post office yet, though its usually back there within a few hours.

Thanks Sarcazm. I made the call, it was there, and I flew over there in a rush anxious to see what it was. Turns out it was none of the original packages, rather The Incredibles DVD I won from a different contest. Was not expecting it to arrive so fast or by registered mail!!!

I got a good freebie today and was quite happy about it. Last night I went to Shoppers to get a few things I needed(Okay Toilet Paper for the contest LOL) and I based my purchase on redeeming 20,000 points. After I got home, I looked over the bill, and the clerk had redeemed 26,000 points, meaning that I lost out on about $21 of additional potential savings, and also lost 6000 more points than I wanted.

I emailed Shoppers Head Office, and they responded amazingly fast, apologizing for the error, and creditted my account with 13,000 points so I would not be out the $25 discount amount.

Some companies have amazing customer service

Yes Big Mike, I've always done well with Shoppers and their Optimum Points, I don't have a bad thing to say about them!! This week they had their royale on for $3.99 here in PEI, I heard it was higher in other places. Mind you, only a limit of 4, but still the best price I've seen around here and they have tons of it with the Ebay logo. We are going away today but I am determined to get near a computer later so I can root for you and hope you win the trip! I've got the whole family excited for you! Good luck!

Today the mailman bought my nikwax win and a pewter guardian angel sunvisor clip(fundraising sample). Won't be posting next week as we booked a last minute trip to South Carolina and leave on Saturday but hope to come home to lots of freebies in my mailbox preferably with no bills to ruin it!

Thanks for the well wishes, I'm already so antsy I have started check the auction every 30 seconds or so and theres still almost 4 hours left

On that note, I did a little Expedia and searching today and determined that the approximate value of that trip, depending on when you go, and leaving from Regina, is between $2200 and $2600 CDN. NOW THAT I CAN HANDLE!!!

Woo hoo!! Just received my first freebie, cept I was sleeping andc the mailman woke me up!! Anyways...it was from Nestle...and its a "sample" of Good Start baby formula. It's an entire can! One of my cousin's will be quite happy with this (I have no kids yet *knocks on wood* so all my baby samples go to them.) Now I just gotta figure out which one of them gets it.
