In my early e-mails from Pinecone, they said that if you don't do the survey, rip up the cheque as the cheque is posted along with your invite to the survey. (That is the ethical thing to do.)

I have missed surveys when I've been out of town or busy with no problems from Pinecone.

I have been a member of the pincone research team for just over two years now. I have received several different samples of new products to try and have been paid 5 dollars to fill out the survey and then another 5 dollars for the follow up survey giving them my opinion of the product. It is great.

Has anyone else had problems receiving their invites? I received my first cheque from Pinecone today with info for my next survey but it was past the deadline. When I wrote to ask why I didnt receive the email invite, they said that it must be my junk mail settings or ISP, but I use hotmail, they are on my safe list, and I check my junk folder every day!? Hate to miss one...
