I e-mailed Scott Paper Co. about the confusion and they were kind enough to call me and explain. You can enter both contests once per week. There is a third contest running and you can also enter that one once per week. The only thing she said to be careful of is that you wait a full week to re-enter each one. If you enter a few hours short of a full 7 days you will be disqualified.
So enter away fishies.
