My understanding is that all 16-digit codes are not only single-use by tie back to the account that received the e-mail. (See my comments about this a few pages upthread.) That's why I haven't posted any coupon codes lately — I don't want to kill the golden goose.
Added: In the code posted above, the "6067 4" is the traditional 5-digit coupon code. Fishies might try to create a 16-digit code using 6067 4xxx xxxx xxx0 where the xxx's are their own Staples account number. If that doesn't work you can always call Staples, tell them that your 16-digit number doesn't work on their website and ask them to put it through manually.
As it happens I also got an e-mail today from Office Depot with Subject="A $20 Coupon for GREAT SAVINGS. Limited Time In-Store Offers." Haven't seen an OD coupon in maybe two years. Of course since the web host where they're hosting the coupon is down I have no idea about any of the details, including the coupon code. Stay tuned...
Added: Here y'all go...
Note that you have to produce the coupon at the checkout but you're not allowed to give them a photocopy or reproduction
