I am not sure where to put this so i put it here and under the mypoints thread
Ok this is what I am so angry with MyPoints about....
I received and email on March 18th with a Valentine offer. I visited the site and was interested in the offer and discovered that it had expired.
I immediately emailed Mypoints with the following email:
To whom it may concern,
I just received this email today. I went to the site to earn the 5
points and then to respond to the offer. Unfortunately it told me it had
expired. That is when I went back to the email (which I am forwarding
below this message) and noticed that the expiration date is February
13th.
I don;t believe that sending me this email was fair and I was unable to
take advantage of the offer. Therefore I am asking for you to credit my
account with 5 points for visiting the site as well as crediting my
account with 750 points for the offer which is no longer available.
I do expect a confirmation of the account being credited within 5
business days.

Today I recieved this email:
Dear Member,
Thank you for contacting MyPoints Member Care.
We apologize for the error. Another copy of the same Reflect.com offer;
offering the same amount of points was sent out few days after you
received the expired offer. Therefore, we will not able to award you the
Points you have requested. If you have not already done so, please
disregard the expired Reflect.com offer and you may take advantage of
the one that expires on April 1, 2003. Please let us know if you need
further assistance.

Now regardless of when they sent out a corrected email I responded to an offer that was not available and I emailed Mypoints about it immediately after. Of course they sent out a new offer all fixed ... we the mypoints members told them about it...
arrgh.... I want my 750 points.... anyone agree with me?
