This seems to be quite the list for Mystery shopping. I've only signed with 3 and havn't had any projects yet. Maybe I should try a few more.

I haven't had problems with spam. I signed up quite a long time ago and the main problem (as with most survey companies now) is you usually have a really long survey, often including a phone call you have to make somewhere. This usually takes more than 1/2 hour and pays 1 or 2 dollars. My time is worth way more than a couple of bucks an hour and I just don't have that much time to waste.
They seem to focus a lot on airline companies, at least with surveys I have received, but that could be because of my answers in their profile.

I kind of flipped through the list & found a few I work for - keep trying - the more you sign up for the better chance you have!

I signed up in May and have only received one survey request, and then I didn't even qualify for the points. It's been a waste of time for me.

Does anyone have any comments on the survey company called synovate? Are they any good? I don't want to waste my time.

I personally haven't found Pinecone that great. I signed up and Did one survey for them about a year ago and I have never recieved anything since. I Don't know if I got bumped off the list or if I am just not qualifiying for what they are looking for. Anyone else a Pinecone member and not really active? or are you members out there sent surveys on a regular basis?

I thought I was the only one who had problems with them, epecially since this company gets such glowing reviews from alot of people. Like you,I did one survey, got paid, and after that my password was invaid.I sent a number of emails, never received a response and I just gave up.STUFF HAPPENS

I did one survey for them which seems like almost a year ago and haven't seen one since. I guess I must not be qualifying for them either.....not sure if I should try to sign up again or not...

I've done only one with them also with very quick payment. I haven't heard another word from them

I find them inconsistent - one month I'll get a few surveys and then nothing for the next 2-3 months. (Still better than other survey companies I belong to!)
I've heard from others that if you don't say you do *All* the shopping for your household on your first survey that you'll get removed from their database.

I'm in the same boat as Radeon, BUSHBUNNY and ms.poo, 1 survey from Pinecone and never heard from them again

I'm in that same boat with ya - ONE Pinecone survey then nothing.
I prefer the JDPA Web Perspectives anyway - they may not send surveys as often as those getting regular Pinecone invites, but they do pay from $5 to $30 each! At least I feel like each survey is worth my time

MY SON AND NEICE GET SURVEYS EVERY WEEK, MY SON IS 23 MY NEICE IS 24, THINK IT ALL DEPENDS ON YUR AGE, I HAVE ONLY GOTTEN ONE SURVEY I'M 43
