Nope... save.ca will send you a voucher for a free bottle of shampoo ... It just means that you have to wait to get the voucher before you can get the freebie

If you click on the link that says "get coupons" they will actually mail you the coupon for the free shampoo right to your home. That's what it means by "free with voucher"

I'm pretty sure it means that you need the voucher (coupon) to get the shampoo free... this voucher (coupon) will be mailed to you via snail mail in the next few days voucher = coupon
