Unfortunately the company has received alot of bad publicity regarding dogs choking and dying while chewing their bones.
I found though that for every 'bad' article written about these treats and how dangerous they are to our pets, that there are other articles written on how it's just a ploy for the much bigger, more powerful, deeper pocketed companies to put a stop to this small but becoming very successful and popular company to an end. If you do a search you will find that just as many dogs are/continue to choke/die while chewing rawhide, rubber chew toys, plastic squeaky toys, milk bones etc, etc, etc, but not mentioned at all due to the company being able to have a say on what's publicized and what is not. That happens when you have millions of dollars.
Don't believe the hype (all the time)
