Wired, don't worry about the STQ... I won a t-shirt a few days ago and I also only got the "instant winner screen". I was concerned that I didn't get an email along with the win, but when I PM'ed other winners in the bowl, they also said that they only got the "instant win" screen.

Maybe we're all just going to get gift certificates? Since they didn't even ask what size to send out.

Yes, the woman Sara was very nice, she asked if I had a preference, if I knit or crochet and what I wanted to do with it (sweaters, scarves etc my answer), so I told her the colours and which yarn I wanted which is wonderful. I really didn't want the glitter yarn or other very loud patterns they have to offer. Chose mainly solid colours, blacks, browns, blues, cremes, beiges, greys and whites from these; Bohemian, Merino Wool, Shetland Chunky, Voodoo, Be Mine, Canadiana, Allure and Decor.

Mom won the 2nd prize in the Mac's Froster Summer 2005 contest ( a 3 month unlimited Famous Players Movie Card). Its now 10 days short of 9 months since she won and she has never received the prize. They stopped responding to emails in the end of Dec or Jan, and then an email to head office got one response with a promise to look into it and get back to her. They have never responded since then.

Pretty poor if you ask me.

I hear you..I won a $50 MHV GC last year from the ohenry contest..Never recived it and they no longer respond to my emails either..nice eh?

My hubby won the weekly movie pass draw and never received it. We did get a piece of paper with a free pass for 2 to the Dukes of Hazard but not sure if that was from them or what! Stupid thing is that live 3 to 4 hours away from the nearest movie theatre and the tickets were only good from MONDAY to THURSDAY! You couldn't even pre-book it either...two thumbs down to Frosters that's for sure.
