This is the only site I go on and get contest and freebie links...In the last 4-5 days my PC has been going crazy with showing the pages all messed up...I have tried to reformat but some site is really messing me up...I ran spyware, nortons you name it...and nothing shows up....Is anyone else having this problem...and if so, could you please share how you got rid of it. i am also on here daily - no probs with computer - but i also have a firewall.

Describe what "showing the pages all messed up" means. Reformat is rarely necessary. I have never personally reformatted my computer (though I have done it for others when it was the last option). I get all kinds of garbage on my computer from a variety of sites (not associated with GFL), and I test out new software to see how it works to fix errors.
Also, please indicate if you have had any kind of update or reinstallation of your Norton, Windows XP or other software in the timeframe indicated.

Are you using Internet Explorer? If you are, try downloading and using Firefox. Many people like it better, and it might help with your problem.

Hi all sorry I was away getting my PC fixed, thank you all for your help. We still have no idea what went wrong but I just want to explain what happens incase someone knows how to fix it without having to pay someone. First off when I opened a contest the words on the page came out huge and you couldn't see the log boxes than I would close the page and I would get a warming message that my window registery had 55 errors and the computer would shut down in 1 minute then a timer would start and when the timer got to 0 my computer shut down..wierdest thing i ever saw. And yes I had Nortons and it is always updated, but it didn't pick up anything. Again thank you all.
