i am sorry for your loss, I just lost my father this year and he passed away way too young (55) and at work so not only are we ( mom sis and i) trying to go on with life without him ( he was a 'true' gentleman) but we have to deal with WCB as well. We bought a bench with his name and a little verse on a plaque. I really liked it at the time, cried my eyes out the first time i read it .I thought that when you come back to the Bowl Brighteyes you might like to read this:
Remember him with a smile today
He was not one for tears
Reflect instead on memories
of all the happy years.
Recall to mind the way he spoke
and all the things he said.
His strenght, his stance, the way he walked
Remember these instead,
The good advice he'd give us
His eyes that shone with laughter
So much of him will never die
But live on forever after.
As we love you so we miss you.
In our memory you are near,
Loved, remembered, longed for always.
Bringing many a silent tear.
