I know, I know!...

I e-mailed them about this and they told me that there is no specific time when they post the items or when you can 'buy' the items with your points - apparently this is because they want all the items to be accessible to everyone - So basically it's pure luck!

I, personally have never been able to 'buy' any - bad timing I suppose and YES...it's stupid!
